Hello and welcome to the Magibrain Braintic Emporium, where we specialize in all the various fic-things going on in magistrate's brainmeats. This journal exists to keep the draegonhawke journal from being irreparably overrun by fandom ramblings on fics that will most likely never come to pass. It also gives me an opportunity to put out a lot of writing that would otherwise never see the light of day (sometimes for good reason), and for you to see what kind of things my brain saddles me with.

For those of you unfamiliar with the magibrain, here's a short explanation: it's what I call the idea-generating part of my imagination. It's what keeps me up at night, pestering me with the Next Big Utterly Implausible Crossover I Could Never Make Good. It's what delivers me rivers of silt which I sift through for the flecks of gold. It's what came up with Beneath a Beating Sun and Darkside, and what constantly distracted me from finishing them because it wanted me to work on The Seven-Lesson Week or Shades of Grey or any one of a thousand other (often bad) ideas. I mock up chat logs with it a lot. It causes me trouble, and I love it.
